Freeciv on Longturn servers, up to 30 players!

You can now play Freeciv in Longturn (1 turn per day) mode. This means more players (up to 30, because lag is no issue in longturn), more time for micromanagement and the most interesting diplomacy you've ever experienced. New Longturn servers are started regularly, and subscription can be done here: www.longturn.org . Please note that because longturn games take several months to complete, you may sometimes have to wait a while before being able to play. But it's worth it

At this moment LT6 and LT7 (6th and 7th Longturn game) are running, but you can apply to take over from an idle player (we have a waiting list for this, first comes first served). Subscription for LT8 has started, so please add your name to the list at www.longturn.org if you'd like to join.
