Ah, wait, I've found your trade route and see what you mean. If you're making money from the route you obviously set it up correctly. Might be a text glitch cause it's doing that for my routes too. Or think of it as where it says "selling," it means the planet is selling you the goods and where it says "buying," it means the planet is buying the goods from you.

You must have it backwards somehow. A 41 income trade route is very nice but there's probably better ones out there if you look really hard, I've got a few in the 50's myself.

Maybe the competence of your sphere leader is factored in too.
Also how long your sphere leader has been in command of the sphere. Experience also helps reduce your maintenance costs.

Tuberski seems to have signed up as well, but no responce from him. I've also gotten some of my friends in Korea to sign up (House Rictus and House Hudson). Together we could make a decent cabal.

Wow. I thought galaxy assignment was random, but we all seem to be ending up in Andromeda. Maybe there's not that many players here relative to the other galaxies and they're trying to fill it up.

At any rate, House Gushur moves that we immediately establish the Apolyton Spacing Guild.

Well I can't form an alliance quite yet since I need 2 more prestige points to do that.

Also the Imperial Freehouses big houses are giving me funding to build up my operations so I like them just fine. I'd recommend the rest of you joining up too so we can get some gifts from the big boys

The Baron agrees to table the motion until he's had a chance to study the game rules a bit more thoroughly.

Ok, I guess I'll consider joining.
What should I say in my application? Do I need to impress them somehow? And how much money are they giving you?

Have gotten 5K so far and have been promised more. The alliance leader gives out a big chunk of cash every month so I should get a bit of that.

To get in I'd recommend being eloquent and sound committed, they had someone join before, take some money and then stop playing. Having a few more days under your belt might help, but applying now is worth a shot.

Ok, if I can get away with some illegal trading for a little while, I'll finally be in the black. All my new facilities are done.

If you need any advice or help, I'd be happy to give you a hand.

As with everyone else you need to cut your costs to the bone (disband military, no covert ops, not much research) and just focus on your money-producing buildings until you get a good income base.

I'd also recommend joining The Imperial Free Houses alliance, they've been generous with me to the tune of 25,000 credits which was very nice.

That's pretty much the idea I got. I've been expanding a bit, moving to a few other planets and building basic workshops. Do you get any bonuses for bringing in new players?

Hey This sounds an interesting game and does not necessarily involve a big time commitment.
