So who here plays WoW and wants to give me a 10 day trial?

I want to try WoW... as I understand it, anyone with an active account can go to a site ( https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/logi...-a-friend.html ) and get a 10 day account for a friend, and if said friend then gets the game, the person who recommended them gets a free month.

Who wants to get me 10 days?

The trial is unfortunately a load of crap. You can't chat with anyone, you can't receive or send mail, you can't trade, and you can't have more than 1 G.

It kind of makes sense to nerf the trials, though, possibilities for gold farming there.

Yeah the gold limit makes sense, but a complete chat ban wouldn't.

Having said that you can't make much gold at level 1, and it wouldn't be worth levelling a trial character to the point where you could.

I did grind my trial toon to level 20, because I wanted to continue playing him after I got the game. I grinded (ground?) two toons, in fact, because I had the spare time. The first toon became a level 60 priest, the other a level 42 hunter.

I only have 1 level 60, though he is fully kitted out in epix.

My healbot only had three when I quit. All of them bought with DPK, mind. And all the rest was tier 0.
