I've looked through the pics I have of that 2004 meeting and it doesn't seem like MikeH was there.
Dauphin was a lot fatter though

ACOL vs Apolyton drinking competition (representing ACOL)
Big 14 person/9 nationality meet including Ramo and some Dutch which Andz tells me was in 2003
Bristol meet when David Floyd was here.
One in London featuring PH and maybe Dauphin and maybe someone else that I turned up to on the way to a gig with my friend Amy, drank some Irish Coffees to wake up ate some big plate of snacks then headed off rather fast.
Also Andz and PH came down to Reading once for a house party when Andz was seemingly touring the UK...

I think there was one in 2004, and Rich confused this one with the one we had later that summer, where you didnt attend.

I went to university in Tarnovo and although I can not find free accomodation nowdays (left the city 5 yers ago and have no friends left there) I can easily afford to buy you a room for a night. 5 EUR per bed used to be more than enough.
Nesebar is a bit more tricky but I have a very close friend who has an apartment that is less than 10km away from Nesebar.
