Lesson learned:

Yes, Hormel chili is delicious. Yes, it was on sale for 79 cents a can. Yes, it takes virtually no time to prepare. Yes, it provides a massive amount of protein with very little fat. Yes, it provides a significant amount of dietary fiber. Yes, it says on the can "Goes on Anything".

This does not mean that you should eat 1 can a day for 6 days running.

She's also going to kill me because the combination of losing ~15 lbs (am now down to 6-7% body fat range) along with gaining about 8lbs of muscle on my chest, shoulders, upper back and arms in the last 2 months is going to make it real obvious that I've been lifting, which she hates.

I'm sure she will spend days crying knowing that her man is physically in shape.

Was never a fat slob. Heaviest I got was ~165 at 5'11

But she hates too much muscle. Her last boyfriend was a body-obsessed gym rat, and she sorta got turned off to that. Last time she saw me she was insinuating I'd been lifting, and she was most certainly not happy.
