Patch 1.52 problems

Can I get some help please. I have just installed the new patch, and started a new game.
Firstly, I'm getting multiple units displayed (eg 2 Scouts showing for the single unit) despite the options screen showing "Single Unit" selected".
And 5 turns in I won a Conquest Victory - I hadn't even met anybody else yet!
I didn't have these issues with the 1.09 patch.
Any ideas? Thanks

thats weird because when i upgraded i had the exacr oposite problem w/ # of units. i couldn't get multiple. anyway, the conquest victory is very wierd, what size map were you playing? if it was duel, the other AI could have gotten wiped out by barbs. far fetched but all that i can think of.

Yup, always been like this. Idea is that when attacking a siege you are suprising it so it can damage you but no way can it damage other units.
