Hi all!
I know I'll be glad to make your acquaintances during the course of the game. Good luck to all and happy gaming!!!
Radman
Hi everyone!!
Just thought I would drop a line to see how the game is proceeding now that its been arranged? Anybody know? Thanks.
Radman

Also still waiting for my first turn![]()
I have tried to contact Pat... if I do not get a reply from him within 24 hours, a replacement player will be found. Sorry about the trouble.

It's been a week since i sent the turn. is there something wrong with the savegame i sent?
Hi there:
Unfortunately, no one evidently received the move. Who did you forward it to? Based on the initial posting I would say the next move goes to pata_85@hotmail.com (Hive).
Radman
Yes, it is definitely a player problem, not a game problem. A replacement player has been sought; hopefully the game will get moving soon. I apologize for the delay.

Ok, I sent the turn to the replacement player, Walt Schellin (shedim@altavista.com, waltshellin@home.com)
Hopefully the game will finally get moving
I see the turn's made it to my altavista box. It's the middle of the night where I am...well, no, it's 04:52, actually, and I'll be off work in another hour. I'll play the turn and forward it to Skanderbeg when I get home.
Might as well start off with a bang: In AXT042, the other game I'm currently playing, we rendezvoused via icq and then played 17 turns in a couple hours via tcp/ip. Would you folks be interested in doing the same thing? Just scouting for interest level...
Anyway, thanks for the welcome, and I'll move the turn along shortly.
Walt
Thanks, Walt! The names and addresses at the top have been updated.
2102 to the Cult.

Note that my home email is waltschellin@home.com (note the 'c' between the 's' and the 'h'). It's my preferred email address. All email should go both there and to shedim@altavista.com, just to ensure arrival and timely response.

Turn 2103 sent to the Hive.
Am I the only one posting turn sent messages?
2103 to Skanderbeg.
_____
No, I do, too. :-)

Turn 2103 received and passed.
Ya, I'd be willing to try. However, I've never played in TCP/IP before so you're going to have to provide some directions. Glad to have you on board.
Radman
Turn 2104 received, played and passed to the Pirates!!!!
Radman

2104 sent to the Hive.
2104 to Skanderbeg.
____
Skanderbeg's in Germany, and because of individual schedules, I think we'd have to shoot for some Sunday morning (U.S. time) to play. Iskandar, where are you located?
Mechanically, tcp/ip is easy, especially if you're not hosting. Just click Multiplayer, then tcp/ip instead of hotseat/pbem. You'll get an option to host or join, choose join. Then enter the ip address of the host (which will probably be me). Once we schedule a game, I'll send you all my contact and ip information, and we'll be ready to roll.
Hi all:
I'm ready anytime! Just say when.
Radman
Move 2105 received from Skanderbeg, played and forwarded to the Pirates!
Radman

Turn 2105 sent to the Hive.
I've started college and work at the same time, so my window of time available for PBEM and or TCP/IP is from 3 pm to 5 pm Apolyton time.
2105 to the Cult.
______
When my next free weekend comes up, then (don't hold your breath), we'll do some planning, but let's convince ourselves to enjoy pbem, 'cause it doesn't look like there's much tcp/ip in the near future. :-)
Hi everyone:
I just wanted to let you all know that I've now tried 3 times to forward move 2106 to "Iskandar Reza, Pirates, at ireza@maxis.net.my" but continue to get the message the his service is unavailable!!! Any thoughts on how to proceed???? Thanks.
Radman
No idea. We'll have to wait to see how Iskandar replies to the situation.
If email is down but net access isn't, you could send him the turn via icq, agreeing on a rendezvous time via this board.
Walt
Hi all!
Perhaps good news. I tried yesterday to send the move again to Iskandar Reza, the Pirates, at ireza@maxis.net.my and got the same result, "Service Not Available". I tried it again today, and thus far, NO faults or notices regarding that his service was "not available". Maybe he got hooked up again!!!! Hope So!!!! If any of you heard from him, let him know he should drop us a line if he could. Thanks.
If it indeed got through move 2106 sent.
Radman
