I was looking in the LeaderHeadInfo.XML file, and I saw that it had lots of useful information in it. So I took the file, parsed it out by tag, and organized the information into an Excel 97 file.
Some things of note:
Gandhi has a very short memory.
Louix XIV is the most likely to construct wonders, Montezuma is the least likely.
There's a 75% chance that Genghis Khan will raze a city when he captures it.
I fully admit that I don't know what many of the tags mean, but a lot of them you can either figure out, or you can use for comparison purposes.

This is neat. Thanks for organizing it out. I will have to keep studying it, but right now it seems like many of the values are identical among the leaders (maybe resulting in too many similarities?). This will make a great reference for adjusting leader personalities if one chooses.
One of these days I'll make 501 posts, and you won't have to look at my silly little diplomat anymore.
