Revoke Open Border

Can anybody explain how to revoke an "Open Border" agreement. The AI can do it, but I can not. Am I overlookong something obvious?

Ask the AI to tell you what deals it has with you currently, and click on Open Borders - it will ask you if you want to cancel.

You can also look at Current Deals on the Diplomacy Advisor screen. Clicking on a particular deal in that window opens a popup asking if you really want to cancel the deal.
