Diplomacy question
Once I've added some technologies to the trading board, I can't seem to find a way to add any resources (or open borders agreements, or war declarations, or whatever) anymore to the table. Where can I add them, is there some shift-button or something I'm currently missing?

Diplomacy seems a bit limited in some respects. As far as I know, you aren't allowed to trade a lump sum of money for any kind of per turn stuff. Same thing works the other way. -

Don't be silly, that'd be ridiculous. Surely there is some sort of "be at war/trade for x turns" button or shortcut, reserved for multiplayer, somewhere. Civilopedia isn't very helpful -- does the manual tell anything? I don't have a legal manual since the game doesn't ship here until the 4th.
