Can you hold UN elections more than once?

Can you hold UN elections more than once? If so how?

Example: I hold elections but lose 2-2. Can I try another election after I oh say Kill one of the opponents ?

If you held the election and you lost, then someone won. That means the game is over and no vote will occur later.

If you mena you did not lose, but did not win, then elections are held every 11 years or some such rate.

Once the game is either won or lost, no other victory conditions will be allowed. You can keep playing.
