Morgans don't have NG (least they didn't last time I looked). So in their present advanced research stage, NG may be of interest for a trade.
I maybe wrong but I don't see Morgan being interested in AV that much.
Maybe if they have a SP they'd like, we could trade our future non interest or guarantee non build in their desired SP? in exchange for their non AV build. Except HSA that is I suppose.

Whatever the discussions with Morgan or Spartans, we need to build up our crawler base again to build these SPs.

Re Neural Amp. Well they might if for no other reason than to get a dummy SP started.
Also don't forget they don't know, afaik, that we have infiltration on them. I don't think our pact with Gaians provides that info (and even if it did we have a secret pact? with Gaians anyhow).

AV is secure with us from the Spartans (that is Spartans can not build AV per earlier agreement, but they can trade PE to anyone), so pact is not necessary.
They can trade with the Morgans (but would the Morgans be really interested in building the AV SP)? I tend to think they prefer the Hybrid Forest aspect.

We actually could go Pact with Morgans. After all, they are no longer in war with anyone, but Yang. Yang might attack us sooner coz of Pact with Morgans, but my feeling is he would do it anyway.
I would hold off on agrivating Yang too much till we have our military ready to pounce on him.

Any word from Spartans? They must be a bit dissapointed about CF. In their last message pertaining to possible change of CF to AV I could sense unspoken hope no instabuild of this SP.

Gaians have 4 turns to complete Intellectual integrity. How about asking them for trade now? They are quite behind in the techs actually. I predicted what techs will they be offered when getting IntInt:
Doctrine Initiative
Progenitor Psych
Bio-Engineering
Cyberethics
Nonlinear Math
Mind/Machine Interface
There are then 2 techs which we do not posses:
- Doctrine Initiative
- Bio-Engineering
and they are quite interesting. Clean ability might be worth implementing on formers. Cloning Vats are also in that direction.
And we might use some cruiser chassis too.
If Gaians agree to leapfrog to one of these two techs, we might then trade with them something more.
And second issue. We actually might go for Pact with Morganities, if you think that might help our economy. I think we might count for like 10-15 EC/turn more. They keep small bases...

I agree. Let's initiate discussion with Gaians re leap frogging to, well I suggest, Bio engineering.
Also advise them that we both must be careful with onward trades because Spartans have Plan Data.

The message to the Gaians needs some changes.
First we want to know if they are interested in leap-frogging to Bio Engineering if we trade them Intel Integ.
After that we can discuss further tech trades. We don't have Doc: Ini to trade so can't offer it.
They have Doc: Air already. What they might look for is MMI but that tech I think we want to hold on to (for a while) because of the Spartan Plan Data issue and also it could be probed from them.
So we focus on Bio engineering as the the target tech imo. Big benefits to them from that tech also.

Tell Gaians we do not have Doc Init and Bioengineering. They of course can check all these things by themselves, by we just did this work here. They may though recheck it.

Emmmm Hadn't thought about it. Quite a useful SP for drone control. I think I would prefer AV.
It is an SP I would be happy to agree to the Gaians building.
But I would like to secure from the Gaians their non build agreement on the AV/HSA.
