I stumbled across a program for anybody that’s interested openfx as the name suggests it is a free 3d graphics package and it looks like out can get some good stuff out of it.

Sorry I haven't helped on your project much. I think you should open a thread outline what you want to do and what asks need to be accomplished.
Well the idea is to use open fx to make cities, unit’s terrain, ETC .
