I wouldn't mind another PBEM. Settings don't really matter to me, but I would recommend only four humans to keep the game speed up.

I don't mind if we play an small map 3 human 3 AI
Actually, I've only played one PBEM at poly, and that was through AU, so I don't really know anyone. But 3 vs. 3 sounds fine to me.

One more thing , could you start the game?
The reason is that my version of Conquest is in spanish so I don't know if it can change the language in yours.

Game started and sent to Burroman (I made you second becaue you're e-mail is up.) Everyone (even the AI) got pretty crappy civs, IMO, except one AI that got Iroquois. We're (the humans) all expansionist as well as one of the AIs on a small map
