One thing I meant to ask - are we stockpiling energy, or not?
I had a look at y'all and a couple are but one isn't. I think the original game rules banned it. I didn't the first three or four turns I played since I entered the game, but have done this turn while waiting for concensus
G.

I understood we're playing standard rules (no stockpile)

Where can I find the standard rules? I'm myself strongly against Stockpile, but as I saw many people using it, came to thought it's a standard rule also...

92 to t_ras. What with this stockpile?
Stockpile energy after a unit triggers a bug that not only applies the full mineral production from that base to the unit's completion, but also applies the energy equivalent as though the base had been producing nothing (in the year that the unit completes).
Most PBEMs are run under 1 of the 2 rules - allow it, or disallow it. (Note that the AI never uses it - the game, for them, is pure)
When usage is mixed (ie some players use it and others don't) over the typical 100 turn period it equates to well over 1000 extra energy credits for the "user" players versus the "pure" players
So before we get too far down the road we need to decide - do we allow stockpiling, or not

I say not!

Googlie, I know about this bug, but can you tell me what other things like that are in the game? I'd like to find an exhausting list of them.
IIRC, the problem with this stockpile is such that when bulding a facility it is triggered anyway, i.e. you get minerals and the cash. In other words, if we disable the stockpile then builders will get an upper hand over monumentum players.
Is Krysiaskrusader is correct, what you actually do when inserting stockpile is getting rid of the bug that benefits facilities more than units. It's only from the point I learn it on that I use it.

not only facilities but units too.
here is a link to CGN ruleset, which is quite the standard.

That's what I've been looking for, thanks t_ras. I'll delete the stockpiles the next turn (I didn't benefit much of them anyway, as I build mostly facs in this game). Sorry I hadn't asked for specifying the rules.
