Not the best but it will do for now.

Communiqué between Boondi’s Military HQ and Guardinia.
Due to the mined and impassable road between Catherin and Guardinia we suggest you use the western route between Guardinia and Western Apolyton. We will immediately begin disarming the mines and clearing the pass.
It would be unwise for you to attempt to clear the pass from your side at all the mining was done on our side and any landslide could set off the mines.
We wish to join forces with Guardinia in the liberation of Western Apolyton.

From: Guardinian Central Command
To: Boondi’s Military HQ
Guardinian forces are entering Western Apolyton along the western route and driving inland after clearing the coast. Some units may also be flown in by air within the next few days.
We will leave the clearing of the mined pass south of Catherin to you.

Well, it seems that somehow they thought that a chemical holocaust in Boondi was going to help their cause, and that somehow they also thought that "we will not be held accountable for the loss of lives". At the same time, they were hoping for us to come to their aid...Originally posted by Squeblish Nef?

In a meeting with the Joint Chiefs of Staff this evening, president Blake Fowler pretty much summed it up with the following (unofficial) remark:
The only possible explanation I can see for this madness is that the Western Apolyton leaders responsible are either evil or really stupid. Of course, it could be a combination of the two.

OOC: They could have been high on drugs, too. I mean, it's about the only reasonable explanation for how the Sheepstans behaved, so it's not like it's unprecedented...

Back IC:
Auldonina Government heads meeting in Jonchastan are concerned with the sudden power vacuum created in the area and are t osend Negotiatiors to the area to try and get Boondi and Guardina and WA to the peace table.

With Guardina advancing almost unapposed along the coastal route. The Boondi forces push north from Catherin leaving the Southern highway from Catherin into Guardina blocked (it not needed and would be a waste of time to clear).
Little resistance is met in any town as the locals seem to be rejoicing more at being liberated from their demonic leaders. University students with access to the Internet are spreading the TRUTH about WAs actions over the years and many citys are in tormoil before Boondi arrives.
The greatest concentration of WA forces appears to be in the Forts along West Coast so Guardina should take care as many are still loyal to the goverment there. Boondi intend to cut off their supply so Guardina forces should meet a depleted force when they get there.
Boondi Special Air Squadron is to be flown North to land near the main WA citys to start cutting off supply.
The 3rd,5th and 8th Divisions are currently sweeping through the Eastern regions of WA to secure all areas there. Again very little resistance has been met.
Updated map of area to come soon

Auldonina has recieved a request for the Government of WA to go into exile. We bleive they need to face criminal charges and so will not at this stage accept their request.
Al Mastif offers an offer of exile and protection from legal persecution to the former government of Western Apolyton.

Guardinian Air Forces have established air superiority over Western Apolyton, so they'll be taking quite a risk by leaving that way...
Naval blockade is also underway, but will take a little longer to implement...

Al Mastif is not currently at war with Guardinia, so any attack on a Mastifi aircraft will be treated as an unprovoked act of war.
