I told you, I cannot rename the thread, it is not in my power.

As for the airport, I was not thinking of flying the units out, but instead having the city pump out units down there, such as Palmach or fighters. The city can rush a unit a turn with the immigrants. Fighters could be flown where need be (needs to be long ranged fighters), and Palmach could be transported. I need to go look and see though if we do have a transport in that area to move them though.

Also, why was artillery rush bought?

Pinky we can transport them because we have a transport in the south, BUT NO WARSHIP COVER.

But there ae Egytian towns along what I assume is the Gulf Of Aqaba along the way to Eliat. There could be gunboats (or worse) in those towns I just dont know.

And if Eliat falls, Yemen is cut off.

Take a look at the map down there, I looked at it quite a bit this morning.

And its a looooooooooooooooong way from Yemen to Eliat.

5 turns via Transport. (transport moves 10 tiles a turn)

Cyprus is easier because we already have a gunboat in haifa healing and haifa can crank out a destroyer in 6 turns. I feel a lot safer getting the immigrants from Cyprus then I do Yemen.

And those are the two spots we get immigrants (One at each spot) every turn. (Yemen and Cypress)

Then a Zion Worker in Cypress and a Kibuttzum in Yemen every two turns.

So to transport, we need a destroyer in the south for escort, AND we need to hold Eliat. This may not be as much resources as building an airport but other than the possible fighter intercept it will be a surer thing in the long run to build a couple of airports.

I think it might be costly, I'd rather not. I still have to go through the boxes that never got unpacked after the last move. But thanks, man.

I know how far it is, and that we need to hold Eilat. I was just curious if we had a transport pre-built or not.

If we "found' a city and turn into a unit factory, we could create Palmach to storm these coastal cities. Or a destroyer.

i like the idea of the city/airport combination but till we get an airport in israel not much is going to be happening and we seem ot have other priorities for citys in israel right now.

i gues stihs high level decision is beyond me, i hav enever played this scenario bvefore and not aware of the consequences nor meanig of the imigrnats and such like, that why im a fighter, i understand tanks and guns

I know the artillery wasn't that necessary, but it was almost finished anyways. It can be used to kill units outside the city or help attacking East Jerusalem.

ok, these rush requests HAVE to be done!
I have noticed that the north front needs units!

                  rushbuys:

                  Metullah: Machinegun
                  Kafer Szold: AA
                  Nahariyyah: City defences
                  Mishmar: Palmach

Golan needs to defend itself from those endless T-34s!!

If we are going to spend our money I would prefer a Palmach in Metullah vice the machine gun. The defense is better and it can be used as a pretty kick a$$ offensive unit. Although it does cost more.
