  • Any players on the classic SMAC?

Hiya, just wondering if there was any Alpha Centuari players who use the old version of the game (without the SMACX expansion pack) who fancied an online game?

Also, Is the democratic game still going? I ask because some of the factions seem to have split up?

Actually more SMAC is played here than SMAX, because not all of us have SMAX & some of hose who have prefer SMAC

You can watch for threads with words "sign up", "new game" &"replacement(s) wanted" etc. view them and see if anyone wants a player/replacement for player

SMAC is also represented on www.civgaming.net

Right now you can go to threads "Game?" & "New,want to PBEM" and ask if they take you

Also on civgaming - sign up for replacement thread (just leave your post with options - whether you prefer SMAC or SMAX or Any and which faction do you appreciate the most&so on..)
          Example:

          Hi guys!
If any replacement on SMAC wanted, just let me know!

Or you can sign on CGN league on civgaming
