One small request please. I just looked at the game #4 thread. Let's not argue about time zones or whatever and just get playing (to be fair we should not have a problem as you are all in more of less the same time zone and I normally manage a turn per 24 hrs without any problems).

asides from the corruption differences, does the beta patch version really matter?
Well, with the coruption issue...it adds up - so when you finally notice it, you're choking for air!
That benig stated, If any of us are not playing with Beta 1.1.2 (though I thought we were already), you should download 1.12.
1.12 is the Firaxis supported Beta patch, so it is fine for this Tourney.
Do no use the later version patches! (ie, 1.13, 1.1.4, 1.15. etc) If you think we should use a later version patch past 1.12 - Then we need to discuse/vote of it first .

OK, I will pick it up and play this evening.
Please stick to 1.12 as I don't have (and don't want to use) the later patches. We should go to the full patch when it comes out at the end of next month.
