3.13 COMPATIBILITY FOR CIV4 VANILLA AND WARLORDS
The patch for Civilization 4: Beyond the Sword v3.13 installed new DLLs for Sid Meier`s Civilization 4 and Sid Meier`s Civilization 4: Warlords, causing incompatibilities with multiplayer games between players who have Beyond the Sword but play Warlords or Vanilla, and those who do not have Beyond the Sword.
No patch has been released officially to fix this, but the problem may be corrected by downloading a single file for each game. You can read more on this fix in the thread, or download the files directly here:

These DLLs can be installed in their respective Assets directories, replacing the file there (we recommend you back this file up in case you need to revert to original 1.74 or 2.13).
This unofficial "patch" is only necessary for playing MP or locked assets SP games (competitive SP games), for players who do not have Civ4: Beyond the Sword. Players who do, or who play only Single Player games, should not install these files. If you have any questions about this, please ask in the thread.
