LINUX SMAC EARLY LOOK (30 May 2000, 9:22 EST) As first reported by Linux Games, three screenshots from the beta of the Linux port of SMAC has been posted on utter-macabre.com. Furthermore, Loki Entertainment's Andrew Henderson sent LG a screenshot of the design workshop (for those who do not know, this is a SMAC innovation where the player can create new units utilizing a diverse range of technology), and LG' Crusader posted a couple pics from his own recent adventures on Planet. -DanQ
