    you want to rob a store... call 911 and tell them the robbers have already left! watch how long it takes. in fact, use 2 or 3 cell phones and say the same thing.... cops take forever to get there.

    crazy s* now.... MHLC will explain later i'nsure...

      ok, resolved... ok, without too much info. this was a kinda 'international' thing. more so than you would guess.

      I was the caller but not plaintiff... that's all I'm saving.

                  aargh! I am just too nice. An young Hungarian here on a visa became attached to me since I was the only one who could pronounce his name correctly and understand his distorted English. Sigh. Needless to say, he didn't want to leave and wanted to live with me! No, absolutely not, is apparently hard to understand.

                        Back to the theme of the thread: It does seem like if one were to make a call right before their crime and state that everyone is okay, it is all over, just need to fill out a report. After that point, hang up, and go commit whatever crime you intended. The police would not be there by the time you left.
