Feminism run amok in India, the world capital of feminism

I don't blame this on feminism.

If the person really was a rapist (and not an innocent person who was falsely accused), I definitely don´t have pity with him.

Rape in india seems to be widespread and rapists seem to be able to get away with rape unpunished too easily (policemen in small town who just look the other way ... politicians who downplay rape as mistakes boys just commit sometimes ... judges who delivr judgements much in favor of rapists and so on.

I definitely wouldn´t want to be a woman in india. And I somehow cannot blame people disappointed with the judical system with regards to rape, for taking justice into their own hands

This isn't justice. I'm not exactly agreeing with kidicious here but in my opinion it's hard to argue that mob violence against suspects is an improvement.

Here's what doesn't click with me about your claim. This is a society where this happens a lot. Read the comments. People in India do not seem to make light of rape. Are police and judges not from India? No of course they are. They come from the populace. Yet I have not seen one comment from an Indian site covering this condemning what this mob did.

What you are saying might be true. Idk India. But what I do know is that feminists in the West say the same thing about police here. Now a cop once said that for every actual rape victim there are 20 false accusers. Those never show up in statistics. The cops just say, "you're lying. Go home before we charge you.". Ok so are the police right or are feminists right. I go with police. Feminists are nuts. Sorry.

You can´t compare india to the west ...
in india there are 2 cultures .... a more westernized culture in the big cities ...
but also the traditionalist culture , which is especially predominant in small towns ... a culture where a woman is seen as less worth than a man ... where often women are put into social pressure when their husband dies, to "voluntarily" jump into his funeral pyre (yes, even nowadays) .... and where a girl can get killed if she is in love with someone else than the person which was selected by her parents
Because of this (i.e. woman less worth than man) traditional indian families also often are tempted to kill female newborns (and many do so) which means that india has a high surplus of men .... competing for too few women ... which means that the losers of this competition are all to easily tempted to get by force, what no girl wants to give them voluntarily. And where "understanding" judges and policemen therefore don´t see a big problem in a "rape under friends"
