          BK:good
i've been doing more high intensity interval training on the lateral elliptical though
yesterday i ran four miles, occasionally sprinting (after 65+min of cardio earlier and leg day)
          [my buttocks are sublime]
epsom salt baths and nutrition helps with fast recovery time
I did about 70 mins today and upper body. max bench press is 295 lbs. I will get to 300+ by September... or perhaps the first week. I'm still adjusting diet. The only supplement I take is a high dose of omega 3. My total daily dose ranges between 6-8g.

Lunchtime/early afternoon I make a big salad. 3-5 cups of baby spinach, 1/6 green and red pepper, 1/4 red onion, 1/3 can of some sort of legume, 2 eggs, 1 shredded carrot, 1/2 tomato with some lemon pepper sprinkled on one side, celery salt on the other, and an italian white wine oil vinaigrette (3 parts oil, 2 parts vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, herb mix (basil, oregano, and some other **** i can't remember ).

I'm only doing intervals maybe twice a week. Those kill me.
The lifting schedule is 6 days a week, friday off. Leg+core/Upper/Leg+core/Upper etc.

I'm not sore at all when I wake up. It's great. I've got about 2-3 hours of cardio endurance per day. My preferred route is just over 4 miles. I complete it in about an hour. I know, not setting any records with any of this. I was never much for running. I just lightly jog or walk, sprinting in every cul de sac I go through. There are about a dozen. I don't have the map in front of me.

I've been thinking of joining a men's roller hockey league. There are at least three programs in my area that I know of. Two I've been in before. I will start with one and see about the other. A few of my ex-teammates from college live in the area. We'll see if they want to get together with a makeshift team.

Other than that, not much is going on. I love getting out of the house. My skin is tan. I lost about 10 lbs in a month. 2 inches off my waist. An absolute knockout was checking me out today (YES YES YESY ESYSE). I didn't try smiling or anything. I'm all business.

          How's your week?
i eat about 8 cups of fruit per day in two smoothies (having one now)

Friday we have a cleaning lady come. I'm usually coming and going a lot on workout days. With my sister home days with two kids (2 month and 20ish month old), it can get a little crowded. It's a good day to just sitstand around on the computer catching up on my BIZNESS

I'm thinking of submitting a video game themed something-or-other for some graphic design thingy where I maybe get paid money... i dunno what the deal is, i was gonna do it for fun

standing also allows me to dance around and shake my ass while typing
            i'm doing it now

            how's your house going?

                          but it was also dinnertime

I cooked up 1.5 lbs of sandwich steak, added it to turkey chili, and a can of beans

my sister told me she cooked an egg and ate it with some of the chili today

so I soft boiled two eggs and added it to my bowl

                          also, cheddar cheese

                            Indeed.

Also, I don't mean to be a workout douche. I'm trying hard to live a healthier life. Meaningless achievements and arbitrary goals help with motivation.
