To us, it is the BEAST.

I was thinking of making this thread. It's probably a good thing I can't see whatever image you posted.

No, I'm just imagining it has something to do with fisting.

Not when it's mocking and derisive and aimed at Sister Bendy or regina or Al B. A. Bigot.

              It does.

It's also probably one of the most work safe images I've posted.

I've never indulged in that particular pursuit. Can't say it appeals to me as a fister or fistee.

I actually find the feminized references you make to be mildly sexist... and as insults, I'd rate them as very poor. Assigning a female quality to Ben and reg doesn't denigrate them. Why would it? Is being female a bad thing?

I understand that individuals who diminish females might consider such a thing insulting. At some point in their lives, like most people, they've probably been physically or verbally assaulted by bullies who use similar misogynistic language, in addition to homophobic slurs. Such treatment probably only fuels their internal anger and hatred. Why add fuel to the fire? All you are doing is legitimizing the use of misogynistic and homophobic abuse.

I think you're a smart and creative person. Surely, you can come up with better insults?

Yeah, I don't get it either. But, whatever.

Who said anything about my references to Sister Bendy and regina being feminized ? Oh wait, Al did.

Who said anything about them being insults ? I certainly didn't.

I know why I refer to Sister Bendy by that title. I've certainly posted a visual clue in the past, but you might have to be British to get it and to have attended a convent school. Certainly a not particularly culturally (or otherwise) clued up mischling from Philadelphia was never going to be able to fathom my reasons or inspiration.

As for regina, you can't seriously expect me to include the term 'excellent' in a reply to that colossal dork. By using 'regina' I'm reminding myself of a very funny Canadian I met when in Vancouver and a reference from the London gay scene, both of which are far more enjoyable and amusing than that poster or anything he's ever posted.

I do hope that's cleared things up. I would have thought, by the way, that having 'molly bloom' as my nom de plume gives you an insight as to where I stand on women, their status and women's rights.

Yes. That's why it struck me as strange. Otherwise, I wouldn't have said anything.

Also re: Sister Bendy- consider the position of the Roman Catholic Church (past and present) on the status of women. You'll always get some withered old cassock wearer saying we love the Virgin Mary as if that somehow excuses that appalling record on women, women's rights and their view that women are inherently inferior to men- even creepy perverted paedophiles.
