The author made this patch due to his disappointment with the Communism Patch. This patch's features: 1. Almost all unit and terrain graphics have been replaced. 2. The in-game icons have been modified. 3. Two governments have been replaced (Communism -> Military dictatorship, Fundamentalism -> Communism) 4. One tribe has been replaced (Carthaginians -> Swedes) 5. Complete civilopedia update.
