Think it's between 12th and 13th. Been a year since I've been there but I assume its still there. Also on 5th St there's the Steelhead Brewery. They make their own beer right there and you can order a sampler with a bunch of different sorts. Good buffalo wings there but if you like them hot you have to ask for it. A really good but mildly upscale place for fish is McGraths over by Valley River Mall. Great squid deals, forgot what they're called.
