Palin: It's a tough situation, but ultimately the bailout will help create jobs and help the middle class afford things like health care. (implicitly: by virtue of the fact that it will prevent a quasi depression)
She's got a decent point in the sense that if the economy collapses, things like health care and jobs will be hard to come by for the middle class.
