Rankings will be judged on a combination of the year of victory and final score.

Thanks Rob and welcome back to you also!  Guess the weather is warming up...
I think everyone is ready to get stuck back into the competition again. 
I don't know what Tectonics map looks like so I'll try a few turns on a test map...  as I am also very unfamiliar with Pacal's traits and how to use them for a win...

Thanks Jungle III - things have been rather crazy here.
The Map was generated using the Tectonics script, with the Randomised Earth (with no new world) option.
Pacal II has an interesting set of traits

Wow - 100% increase in hammers for a granary or harbour... thats kick-butt! Actually having expansive with financial PLUS a UU which doesn't need resources is quite the civ.
I've noticed Pacal as being strong early in 1 or 2 previous games, but with these traits he should be actually quite good for the whole game.
Anxious to give him a try now - Thanks...
