Scenarios in PBEM

Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

How do I do scenario's with custom rules in PBEM. When I attempt it in the usual fashion it works for the first turn. Then when I exit out of CTP and launch the second turn, the advance tree is no longer the custom one I designed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I read grampa troll's posting "directions for pbem scenario loading". Is it necessary to go through the entire process of loading each individual turn this way? Or is it possible to do it on the first turn then just double-click the rest from the desktop as usual.
