Anyone know where I can get the documentation for Ctp?

Also, What does this variable (War_Discontent_Max_Units) do in the govern.txt file?

WarDiscontentMaxUnits - Maximum number of unit to be counted towards War Discontent
WarDiscontentPerUnit - Amount of Unhappiness to be created by each unit

That link is also all the info on govern.txt but for CtP2, but I'm sure that line at least acts the same as CtP1.
