- if base already has hologram theatre, and network node, is this counted as two hologram theatres? or is hologram theater now obsolete.

- if network node only, after this project can I still build hologram theatre in base? or is it granted free?

The Xenoempathy Dome- incomplete

NEEDs:
- All fungus squares are treated as roads.
- The rate at which your formers plant and remove fungus is doubled.
-All native lifeforms you breed gain a +1 lifecycle bonus.

Xalien adds:
it's not stated in SMAC's datalinks, but it will fully heal any unit spending their turn in fungus at 20% / turn rate. This includes units inside transport ships. Kinda like medic I promotion.--

GB--This sounds like it could be a really great promotion in its own right. Call it something like Forager I- Heals at 20% whilst on fungus. After all once any unit has gained enough experience should they not be able to heal faster in their local environment. Xeno empathy dome will simply grant this promotion free to all new/ existing units of the faciton that builds this wonder.

The Maritime Control Center XML COMPLETE

-Creates a local Maritime uplink node in each base
-Gives a speed inctrease of +2 on all sea units contructed afterwards

Potential Civpedia text..-- what do you think...
All bases fitted with Maritime uplink units which allow them to better communicate with the main control centre. The centre uses the latest imaging technologies to map safe paths through the fungus and navigating the alien undersea terrain. This 2 way information allows for greater speed undersea navigation and a speed increase of +2

Logically, in SMAC it means the existing hologram theatre is suddenly free of maintenance cost... but in Civ4 facilities don't have a maintenance cost so the point may be mood...
