Cool Andydog. Let me know what you think.
I'm reading Paddy's story "5th Destroyer Squadron" currently.
And speaking of Paddy....the save has flown over the Pacific to you.

Thanks Mickeyj. Got the right one.
Over to Paddy.
Regarding tips, I just use subdirectories to keep each game seperate. It takes a few more mouse clicks when opening and saving...

Onto Andydog...
MickeyJ, I fully agree with SG's filing strategy.
I am in several PBEM's at this time, and it is very important that you keep them seperate. I have created the same file names in my root diectory (where the saves go) as well as in my Outlook (where the emails go). This is all administration, and possibly overkill. Yet when the chips are down, and an error has happened, I can easily put my hands on the correct save, and the correct email.
Good luck

Gents, a new patch has been released, v1.15, which can be downloaded from this thread. Jesse recommends that you also have v1.13 installed, which I tried briefly and then removed it because it caused me some problems. Presumably they've been fixed with this new patch. What do you all think, shall we give it a bash?

OK, thanks for the save SG.
Mr Gunner, they are beautiful daughters that you have. Congratulations to your wife for her marvelous achievements.
the save is onto Andydog
as to these patches, well um, I would like to stay with 1.12 until the new official release of the 2.00 in February... unless there are really dramatic changes etc...
Basically why do we need these interim patches, that are coming out almost every 3 to 4 days...
I am willing to admit that I am confused by the subject at the moment, and wouldnot mind some further info...
