Nice, but have you sought feedback on whether people use this feature?

That's not my question. I use the mail notifications and they are great. It's the 'post in the mail' feature I was asking about. It's always struck me as a rather odd feature, and I was wondering if anyone uses it.

I use it occasionally. Most of the time I'm browsing Poly, but occasionally I'll be doing something else and when I see a Hangman post, i like to see if it's a guess or an update. Same with other FGs.

Now *that* would be a feature, a feature especially useful for those at work.
But would you be able to see the subsequent posts as well?

Putting the full post in by itself doesn't imply that you will see the subsequent posts Mark. Unless you meant thread.

Yeah I get that part. But you wont be able to see the subsequent posts right? I see a lot of responses (via mail) being made well after the thread has moved on. Worth bearing in mind.

This is really cool for those of us who have just taken a new job and Apolyton is blocked because it is a "Game site"
At least I can read stuff via webmail.
And yes I figured out a work around, I just dont want to use it TOO much
