OCC Game anyone?

Anyone interested in playing or setting up a OCC PBEM? These are the settings I'd like to play with.

For map I was thinking a random 40x80 sized map.
50-70% or 30-50% ocean
average erosion
average or abundant native life
dense cloud cover
transcend difficulty

Game Rules:
Transcend on
Conquest on
Diplomatic on
Economic on
Cooperative on
Do or Die on
Flexible start on
Tech stag off
Spoils of war off
Blind research off
Intense rivalry off
No survey off
No scatter off
No random events on
Time Warp off
Iron man off
Randim personality off
Random social off

Special rules(in addition to the ones commonly used for a PBEM game):
Colony pod module disabled.(only get one at the start of the game)
Planet buster warhead disabled.
Nerve gas ability disabled.
Ban on probe team's genetic plague atrocity.
No AI players
