clear disorder & we love king
Does this work? I used it for the American Civil War multplayer scenario I'm working on before saving as a scenario, but it seems even more cities celebrated "We love the king day", when the scenario was started. I don't want this, for as Leon Marrick said, this is a "sign of a bad scenario". Given that the United States is a republic and has a very large number of cities, this is tricky. Many cities go from disorder to "we love the president" with just one entertainer. Can anyone help?

Adjusting the Riot factor in rules seems like a way to curb the over-powered entertainers.

As for the WLTK pop ups, I tend to turn them off in any case, perhaps best to advise players along those lines?
