MoM: call lightning crash bug

Anybody figured out a way to stop this? it happened all the time on my old 486, and still happens on my athlon 1700. turning off the sound seems to help, but not all the time.

You have the patch? I've never had that problem even unpatched but maybe that would fix it. Are you playing Impossible? I had crash issues with spells playing that difficulty but nothing so specific.

i'm pretty sure i have the latest patch for it, but MoM was never very stable for me.

The latest patch is 1.31, I also, on occasion had the game lock up when call lightning is cast.

It's one of the big reasons I try to save before battles.
