This is the Monty Python Team Thread for the PTWDG II.

Team Name: The Full Monty

Purpose: To enhance the fun of the PTWDG II by injecting as much Monty into it as we can.

No, the game hasn't started. In fact, I'm not sure there's enough momentum to get it started. All the Demo Games are a bit slow right now.

As for a color, I think the default French pink is annoying enough. That, or we could for one of the weird shades of brown in the editor.

As annoying as the pink is, I'd prefer something else, though I'm not sure what yet.

I think we can hold off on the official leader decision for now. Personally, I haven't decided if I'd like to go for it yet. Also, we don't really know each other's strengths and personalities yet, aside from a mutual Monty affection. ;)

All we need for now is someone to assign as moderator of the team forum. This person will have normal mod powers, and must approve new members joining the team/forum.

As the team "founder", I humbly volunteer for this job. I am around most of the time, can always be reached by PM on short notice when I'm not, and my only holiday plans for the summer is a quick visit out west for a wedding (Jul 2-Jul 6).

Actually this is not quite true. CoD and Python knights do have horses but they don't have any armour. Even though we secretly suspect the Iraqi Government to be involved in the Great Iron Vanishing, we think it's quite funny really so don't complain about it in public ;) The coconuts are real though, just don't get us arguing about weight-to-wing-span ratios and African vs European swallows.

You see, the team that plays before you posts when the have played the save and sent it along, so there is no reason to bump this thread at all.

I still think these 'lets discuss the latest turn' posts should be kept inside your private forum.

You can always subscribe to your private forum, so you know when a new turn arrive. Or set up a private turn-tracker to make the new turn visible in peoples 'my threads' list.
