no need to allow one or two teams to have a patsy early inthe game

If the AI was worth a damn, I would agree, but even if it was on Deity, one AI civ would be easy pickin's for the first human to make contact. :(

If the AI is capable to form some themed civs and have some fun with us, why not?

I can see the reports from the AI Minister of Information:
"The Sunshine team has scared our chickens therefor we declare war!"

But I shouldn't speak. I'm not sure I'll join due to lack of time
