So i lived in a flat with many roomies once. On one occasion, i was kidding with one of the guys (and we got along very well, in general), held a veeeeeeery dull butter knife to his chin, pretending to threat him in very obvious joking fashion. He grabbed my wrist so hard, that i felt it almost broke - seriously it hurt a lot, it made me actually drop the knife - hissing at me: ´I know you might think this is funny - i dont. They're extremely rare animals worth millions each (by market standards--I personally consider them worthless). Is Dale a zoological researcher who lost a beloved panda to bamboo-thumb cancer or what?

I consider it far more likely that he associates the panda meme with Asher, who still has him in a blind fury. It's entirely possible that his nutty mind sees some sort of Asher-directed conspiracy to torment him.

On that note I have to give our new overlords a big thumbs up. In some of the real early original discussions Cyber leaned toward a more strict approach. Now that he's taken over it's obvious that he sees thing in a slightly different light and so far seems to have changed his stance a bit on this. You have to tip your hat to people that are willing to relook at issues as the circumstances dictate. I welcome the new overlords and am happy that ming and I are sitting on the sidelines now letting them put their own mark on the site. While there have been a few oops (mod privileges), generally they've done well.

I don't know if I'll ever return to CFC again, after I got my seventh ban yesterday at this site in less than four months, I'm pretty frustrated with it, as you can imagine. The mods over there doing a great work though and all what they deserve is respect for their efforts, but the moderation itself is just a little bit too overly harsh for my taste.
I'll be returning to WPC as soon as I'll be unbanned tomorrow for sure though!
