Since the tech chooser pops up when opening the turn, I already put Mining in it. Can still be changed if necessary.
As new production a workboat is started. 6 turns for finishing it.
O yes, neither Meditation or Polytheism has been researched yet. The "religion available" symbol still sparkles on their icons. ;)

Q on the mechanic of pitboss. Would that religion really be assigne prior to the team having researched it logging in for the turn?
ie, the sparkle may not mean what you think it means? At least not till everyone has logged in?

Mmm, research is 'finished' when the new turn arrives. And in any case we're second last in the players list so any build or research is done before us, whether the first of our team logs in before anybody else from another team.
So I *think* we can conclude it hasn't been researched this turn.
OTOH, since free religion choice is enabled, we won't see an ingame message about which religion is founded before the civ which finished a religion tech chooses one.
But we can test that. Any turn now if any of the other teams has started on Meditation it should be done. The last team member of our team to enter the game during a turn can click on the research tab to see if Polytheism/Meditation is still flagged or not.

Any screenies of our heros??

IMO, we have two good paths to research: or Agri+AH or
Mining+BW+Masonry.
While our best tile is the cow and no immediate advantage from
mining, it looks the most urgent, to see copper and to activate the
stone.

My thoughts :
Dandelion : Either 6-3. or 2-2. or 2-1. or 4-1, or 4-7 - My personal favourites are 2-1 or 4-7
Buttercup : 1-3
Warrior : Needs name (Parsley??) - Move 2 - Head down to check out southern peninsula......
Tech : Mining
Caerbannog WF : Stone
Caerbannog build : Workboat

Mining> bronze
The hell with copper...we need a whip...

Definitely Mining-->Bronze Working. Else that stone resource will take a while to be quaried. ;)
And sorry about the 'heroes', Rob. Was in a hurry. :scared:
I agree with Buttercup 1-3
Dandelion is tricky as there are so many possible combinations. It seems likely that Buttercup will eventually swing West/Southwest so Dandelion should think about doing the same in the near future otherwise he will wander too far in one direction. On that thought I suggest 2-3 so we can explore up to the coast near the cow and then swing around to the West/Northwest
Name the warrior Thumper
Mining -> BW

For now Buttercup should just move 1 and check the terrain. Make sure there isn't any huts prior to moving 3.

We should make that a standing rule - move one square then, if the turn player sees anything significant, post a screen shot before the second move. I've lost a lot scouts by moving two squares at once and walking right into an animal or barb.:idiot:

:b: I'm sure the scout would appreciate that as well. Somehow though caring about his existance seems to be breaking with military tradition, a very dangerous thing....like screwing with mother nature. :scared:
We could actually think about the copper to amuse ourselves. This is a designed map, yes? If you had designed it, where would you have put the copper?
There's little chance of actually being right but the closest person could get a title, swami or something...
I'll guess it's just west of our cap in the hill just below the two square desert. :ana:
