Dandelion faces a dilemma........

RobWorham

Buttercup has plenty of options.......

Thoughts about bunnies :

Dandelion :

4-1 : Continue exploring the coastline

or

4-7 : Head inland

Buttercup :

9-6, 9-8, 7-7, 7-8, 7-1........

So, are we thorough, or do we rush out as quickly as possible........

I'd say, Buttercup goes 9 and pauzes. Perhaps the black border will point us the way. I *think* it's ocean on the north east, and perhaps a single 9 will confirm that.

For Dandelion, I'm torn too between 4-->7 and 4-->1. It's pretty sure if he goes 4-->1 he can continues on a 2 moves pace. Don't know that yet for 4-->7.

For now Dandelion should go 4, take a screenshot and we'll discuss before deciding his final step of the turn. Buttercup I'm still not sure.

I think Buttercup should uncover the NE (likely 9-6) and then head west to uncover what's next to the spices.

No need to send Dandelion on a northward course if Buttercup will go that way eventually, so I'm leaning towards 4-1.

Btw, 9-->6 won't help buttercup to see much. The forest there is in the way...

Wasn't Butter supposed to reveal the coast and the river?
He went away from the river; now should go 6 to try see the coast.
(To move 7 doesn't show neither the river nor coast).
Later we will go west to reveal the river and more.
So Dandelion 1 to reveal the west/southwest.
But you will say better.
Best regards,

Delete Dandelion, make sure you get the root. The verminous weed will squeeze out Buttercup every time.

Btw, the spot where Buttercup was on the river would make a good city location, yes? Plantations on one side, hills behind, plenty of water...

Remember this map is not computer generated.

CyberShy has played with it. there may well be something out there we have not seen.

Being the Tundra civ is not always that bad - it just means we have less room for errors - and probably need to find trading partners quickly.

It maybe (and I am purley guessing) the CS has engineered the map so that trade is necessary, not optional.

That would be nice. Forces us to work with other civs, rather than just go stomping.
