According to the login screen:

Realms Beyond are playing Ethopia
PAL are playing Egypt (Ramesses)

BTW it doesn't seem that teams are trying to keep their identities secret, it's splashed all over the launchpad thread. So maybe this thread isn't all that valuable anyway.

It'll have its uses. BTW, you can also check the Civstats page and it states what civs are in the game and I believe who they are. Once they log in anyway.
