Once we have all the above settings voted on, after the last team leader poll closes on 05/04/08, I will post a draft copy of the Game Settings PM I will send to the mapmaker.

Rabbits will have 48 hours to make any last minute comments on the Game Settings PM. If we have enough comments about any particular setting I will post them in the corresponding public thread. When all is agreed by the team Leaders I will send the final Game Settings PM to the mapmaker on 07/04/08.

Cheers :D

I am presuming (hoping (wildly guessing)) that the BtS patch comes out before we make our civilization choices between 04/04/08 - 09/04/08.

If this is not the case, I propose we wait until 1 week after the patch is released before submitting our civilization choices to the mapmaker......

Just so everyone can have a quick evaluation of the changes that may have been made............

Did you switch date formats, or are you saying the patch will come out between the 4th and 5th of April? I can see possibly April, but I find it odd that it would be stated within a two-day period with this much time left.

A simple typo due to lack of food and fresh air....... ;)

Good catch and corrected!!

Thanks!!! :b:

FYI : I am guessing wildly as to the release date of the next patch....... Until we have further info, that is all we have to go on though......

 At Poly I expect it to be non-US (Euro format?), so get confused if I read it in US format. CFC is the exact opposite.

Updated, in true Old World fashion, to reflect the latest results from the public team leader polls, and a change in schedule brought about by the late finishing of the previous public polls.......

Actually this one isn't neccesarily N/A. While the game may very well start with no AIs, if a player grants a colony it's indepence, there would then be an AI.

Weather that is allowed or not is dependent upon the result of the "No Vassal States" poll.

Schedule in OP re-shuffled to reflect vassals and AI possibility.....

Please note, as there has yet to be any sign of the final patch I have modified the civilization choice period to be dependent on the release date of the final BtS patch......

Civilization Choice : One week to make civilization choice from the release date of the final BtS patch

Hey all,
Please make sure that you are aware of these two new threads.

The first is a draft of the letter I intend to send to CyberShy, our ever ready mapmaker, when I return from my long weekend away on Sunday evening (NZ)....

Letter to the mapmaker.... (http://apolyton.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=176261)

The second is a public posting poll on how long we should wait for the patch to come out. Participants seem to be dropping like flies, so it is time to see what the general consensus is.......

To patch, or nor to patch...... (http://apolyton.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=176262)

Cheers once again,

Rob
