**shrug** I use what I like — in this case, an Intel Apple iMac: 2GB RAM, 256MB VRAM, 2.0 GHZ, and some other crap I can't remember right now.

But, hey, if folks like Windows or Linux, that's fine, too.

I've used both extensively; both do things I like and dislike, but at the end of the day I prefer OS X.

I never really tried a Mac, so I can't say. If there was a way of installing Mac OS X on my PC, I'd try it out.

If this is about Mac hardware, the good Macs (Macbook pros and Mac Pros) sound like very good machines. I would never buy an iBook or an iMac, though. The iMacs, in particular, are poorly designed, IMO. And I hate the keyboard on the new iBooks.
