I need to watch videos in the .rmvb format. What's the least invasive (eg not RealPlayer) way to do that?
I'm looking for something that's just a few megabytes and not full of ads and crap.

Try this. It plays most things. There are conversion programs, too.

Gom player the swiss army knife of video players, It's not as all encompassing as VLC player, but it is much more user friendly and lightweight.

I use 'Real Alternative'

It integrates into Windows Media Player classic.
