Proxy Server?

Anyone know a good American-based proxy server?

I need to access pandora!

I searched free proxy server list on google.

But many of the results are crappy websites with crappy proxy!

And BTW,
Pandora is not working when I'm on the university. But it's working when i'm at my home.

It seems to be a good piece of software...
But, the software seems to connect me to Netherland only... which is not what I wanted.

Do you know any way to change the proxy server on which I am connected?
