Screenie from the end of last turn:

With the worker being built, there's not much city management to do. If our citizen is not redeployed to the oasis when our borders expand in a couple of turns, we'll want to do so, but otherwise we just wait for the worker to pop out.

So, that leaves the scout. Where do we want to send it? I don't think north is a good idea has that requires him to double back, but south and east both appeal to me. I'm thinking moving 1 as the first move next turn would be good, and overall having the scout move south to map out possible city sites by that corn patch.

Edit: Corrected year

1 next, re-evaluate, Most likely second city will try to incorporate that corn. We need to scout in a circular pattern after going south a little though. Gotta find a choke, if one exists.

1 sounds good - at least the land down there looks more promising in terms of city location.

I'll get to this tonight if someone doesn't beat me to it.

Since we were so close to coast and checking out a corn site, I figured that second move would be fairly non-contentious. (And as it turns out, there are fish available if we place it right.) If you all want more input on second scout moves, I'll only play one move in future. :)
