I'd like to double the amount of experience gained by units during combat. Half the promotions never get used.
Anyone know where to look?

In XML/Units/CIV4UnitInfos.xml: iXPValueAttack and iXPValueDefense.

I just noticed that every single unit needs to be changed.
That sucks. Good think Cooktop has a "find & replace" feature :)
I wonder if there is some global single modifier though.

Ah i knew it - there is indeed.
YOu looked in the wrong file, mate, but no worries - no harm done :D
File to look at (for any lurkers out there) is GLobalDefines.xml and search for "XP"

Didn't find a multiplier there, just MAXs and MINs. What setting did I overlook?
