Apparently a group of drunken bards was making trouble nearby, so a couple members of the night watch were force to keep the peace. The disturbance was quickly dealt with so there's no reason to be alarmed.

Our people were tipsy, but like all bards have a greater than usual capacity for drink, actually gaining a greater harmony and creative ability from a few good ales.

Our initial efforts to introduce Music to those uncultured barbarians of Desolation Row were unfortunately forcibly rejected, but we are not concerned; Elvis did not conquer Graceland in a day, either. We have great hopes that we shall yet be able to convert the heathen, amusical Desolate peoples to a more harmonious existence.
